报告题目：occupational health and safety regulation and enterprises’ productivity growth: evidence from China

摘要：This paper examines the effect of occupational health and safety regulation on the productivity growth of enterprises in China using the difference-in-differences technique. Our results show that government regulation significantly reduces the total-factor productivity growth of enterprises with high occupational injury risks and no lagging effects on productivity. We also find that the regulation has the greater impact on TFP of state-owned enterprises than on privately-owned and foreign-owned firms.

摘要：依据威廉姆森的交易成本理论，对优化营商环境促进居民消费升级理论机制进行分析，实证检验发现优化营商环境通过加速信息流通、提高市场确定性降低事前的交易成本，通过提升交易效率降低事中的交易成本，通过强化市场监管降低事后的交易成本，实现居民消费升级。
